Francis is such a welcoming and enthusiastic owner! He’s passionate about healthy food and local eating. Food is not oily at all. Excellent hygiene measures in the restaurant, they wash the vegetables with boiled water and vinegar. We really enjoyed our visit here, as vegetarians we felt very welcome.
