It was really nice but service is little bit slower. And bed on the beach is 60€ per person. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: €100+

We visited Banús Beach twice during our stay. Our first visit was to the restaurant, and we were genuinely impressed. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the beachfront location made for a fantastic dining experience. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to return the next day and booked a beach bed for €150. Unfortunately, this second experience was disappointing. The beach bed was not clean, and one of the beach towels had a large tear in it. While these issues were not ideal, we could have overlooked them. However, for €150, we expected much higher standards of cleanliness and attention to detail. The biggest disappointment was the beach service. For a beach club of this level, the service was far below expectations. We waited around 30 minutes before anyone came to take our order, another 30 minutes for the drinks to arrive, and when they finally did, the order was incorrect. We then had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the correct drinks. This venue has incredible potential. The location, atmosphere, and restaurant are excellent, but the beach service simply doesn’t match the premium prices being charged. Investing in better staff training and improving service standards would make a huge difference. Overall, the restaurant deserves 5 stars, but the beach club experience unfortunately did not live up to the price. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Crappy service. Suddenly all leave and there is no one to ask anything to. This lad Adrián was nice guy and efficient but others like this carla girl she kept pretending she didnt see us she doesnt even know where she is i mean is she allright? Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
