Daikon Bao was crazy good wow. We had Five Spice, Soy Chicken, and Daikon. Definitely loved the Daikon the most. Five spice was also great. Soy chicken is pretty salty and saucy, but that’s kind of the point. Also had the noodle salad and it was a good balance of crunchy veggies and noodles. All in all loved this place. Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Tried Bao Theory food truck recently and it did not disappoint! The portion sizes are super generous, especially for a food truck, so you definitely get great value for what you pay. The garlic soy bao was the absolute standout for me—perfectly balanced flavors, super satisfying, and something I’d go back for in a heartbeat. On top of the food, the customer service was exemplary. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. It’s always a bonus when great food is paired with genuinely kind service. Highly recommend checking them out if you get the chance! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
