In the past, when I worked at Tran Hung Dao, I often invited my colleagues to come eat, but now that I've returned, my experience shows that the store's quality and service have deteriorated. The food is not hot, the pot of tea is not fragrant. The dumpling's skin is thick, but the filling and shell are separated as soon as you pick it up. Stir-fried noodles are dry but still wet, rice rolls with x.o sauce are really bad, the cakes are thick and the sauce is sweet. The dish looks different from the advertisement, there is nothing outstanding when eaten. It's difficult for the wait staff to gather all in one place, so you have to call yourself. I went to Baoz Dimsum Nguyen Tri Phuong on a weekend afternoon. I was quite surprised because I arrived at 6:00 and there were already a lot of customers lining up. Take a look at the comfortable, cool sitting space in the hot late summer weather. I went with 2 people but ordered a lot of dishes: glass dumplings, kimsa dumplings, scallop rolls, crab meatballs, steamed ginger leaves, scallop seafood fried rice and the dessert I was given. The food is fresh, delicious and of very good quality. The dimsum shell is thin, soft and the filling inside is plump. Shrimp satay is the restaurant's signature. The food came out quite quickly, the waiters were quite enthusiastic. People should book a table before coming, because the restaurant is always quite crowded.
