After you have seen Wanhua Park No. 402, come to this bar. The courteous staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. The fine service demonstrates a high level of quality at Bar 98. You will certainly like the homey atmosphere. But people rate this place below average on Google.

As what a comment said before, that chubby dude in black suit(bartender and waiter i guess) had the worst attitude and service. Despite me thanking him numerous times, he had not acknowledged them and put up a upset face like everyone owe him something. The mojito I ordered was one for one. It was one of the worst drink ever. Bland, diluted with water to the point I am drinking a non-alcoholic drink. Save your money for somewhere else. This is the worst experience in taipei in a bar setting you can get.
