A great upscale bar with drinks that are truly made with flair and skill. I come here every time I’m in Kobe. Relaxing atmosphere for any person. Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The bar is upstairs you'll need to take the elevator. A very quiet bar but they have very good selection of premium whiskey. I tried the yoichi single malt, yamazaki 18y, hibiki 21y, hibiki 30y here. Absolutely amazing whiskey. Bartender is friendly and professional. Would come back again anytime I drop by the area. Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
