Unfortunately the restaurant is not organised, there is only one waitress to manage the whole room, so tables are often served not in order of arrival, more than once I happened to wait up to an hour to order and see people arriving from a few minutes serve first! If you then call the waitress she arrives annoyed! I understand that it's not entirely his fault, maybe it was better when we queued at the checkout and everyone took their own tray! 10.15am Saturday 25 September Breakfast as good as the rude service. Quick and organised, they jump me by mistake and I point out that I am waiting. They answer me by shouting "we serve everyone" and I repeat "ok but I arrived first and he jumped me among others who were served". They take my order, so far so good, until the bartender starts making jokes about me with the colleague at the counter who is about to start her shift who says out loud "if the situation is like this I won't come to work today" . I go and sit down and they're still there laughing and making jokes about me. Rude and not consistent with the kindness and welcome that I have always found at Esselunga. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I'm very disappointed by the lack of respect shown to me. I don't think I'll have breakfast at this Bar Atlantic again.
