1. A fast food place that started charging an 8% service fee for dine-in orders. 2. The cashier staff forgot to pass part of the order to the kitchen; we ended up waiting 50 minutes in an empty dining area on a Thursday evening. 3. A floor staff member wouldn’t let us finish our meal in peace, constantly trying to take away the trays. 4. In the end, instead of apologizing for the mistake, they started demanding the receipt - which their own floor staff had already taken earlier. Will never come here again.
