Bar Bellini is an incredible find! It is a cozy whiskey bar on the 6th floor with fewer than 10 seats. Saitosan has an incredible collection of Japanese single malt whiskies and cigars, and he has an encyclopedic knowledge of whiskey from all around the world. He also gave us great recommendations for eating and drinking in Hokkaido on our road trip. If you find it, you will surely be impressed.
