This is a small bar on the second floor, up a narrow staircase. The inside is cozy, and it’s full if 10 people come in. Talking with the bartender, who knows a lot about soccer, is really fun. Smoking is allowed too. The pasta is big! Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000
