I was really excited to go to this restaurant on my birthday. It was saturday 20:30. We came there and it was closed, but said it was open on the internet. Very sad!

We went to this restaurant after reading many, very positive reviews that I still can't understand. We arrived and there were two more tables (small ones), we were warned that they were "very busy" and that it would take a long time to serve us. We were surprised, but we decided to stay anyway thinking that it wouldn't be an excessive wait time. It took about 15 minutes to take our drink order. Another 10 to bring two bottles of water. Another 10 until we ordered the food. Another 10 until we were notified that one of the dishes ordered was not available. Out of the blue we heard other diners say that they didn't have the dataphone working (it was a mistake not to let us know before ordering the food, we had to go look for a cashier to pay). In all this tumult, the owner went out at least THREE times to the nearest supermarket and returned with a bag full of food. What's more, while I was going to the bathroom I heard her say that they needed to buy more fries... Although later in the reviews they say that it's all homemade, it's not true. The food took at least an hour to come out (incomprehensible, since they were frozen) and it didn't even taste good or look good. It is true that the owner is friendly and helpful, but both the food and the service are very poor. To make matters worse, the account was said improvised, without any type of justification. He asked me for €21.90 and never brought me my change. It may only be 10 cents, but that's not how things are done. Anyway, it's a shame that one of the few vegan restaurants on the island puts so little effort into providing good service and truly healthy, homemade food. Lastly, passive-aggressive responses to reviews say a lot (and very negatively) about the owners. May it go well for you. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
