Unexpected, discrete whiskey bar by the Chichibu Station. Barman dresses well, dark, warm atmosphere. If you ever watched Twin Peaks, David Lynch would approve of the looks and feel of the place. Extensive selection of whiskey and worth a visit Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
