I brought my client into the bar for few drinks as there was a conference in the area. There were a group people making fun of us very loudly since we were foreigners. The bartender just laughed with them and we felt very uncomfortable. I live in the Chiba area so wanted to take my client around the area but this experience is a bad look on the area and the bar itself. Highly do not recommend. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
