Lyonnais passing through Toulon for 1 day and 1 lunch I had to choose a restaurant while trying not to make a mistake. I used Google reviews to help myself and I was 100% right. I took advantage of 21 degrees in Toulon in the middle of February to have lunch on the terrace facing the port. Terre et Mer are super nice people, of Corsican origin I suppose given the wine and charcuterie list and who know how to welcome you with kindness and kindness. An inexpensive menu and a varied and affordable menu made me happy from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. I highly recommend this establishment and I will return with great pleasure on my next visit to this beautiful city of Toulon.
