I had such a great experience at bar etc. The atmosphere was the perfect mix of energetic and relaxed, with great music and an inviting vibe from the moment we walked in. The drinks were excellent and clearly made with care, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. You can tell they really care about creating a good environment for their guests. The food was to die for!!! Try the fried chicken!!!! Definitely one of the standout bars in Toronto. I’ll absolutely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great drinks, good energy, and a memorable night out. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place is incredible! The drinks are phenomenal, the food is insanely memorable and the service was quick, friendly and helpful. I would come back here everyday if I could. The beef tataki, fried chicken and endive salad was all impressive. If I could give this a place an extra star I would. Shout out to Sasha and Zei (spelling) who made the evening even more special. Had a great experience here the other week. We came to try the cocktails, which were fantastic but if you’re a cocktail snob like me, I recommend sticking to the drinks from their signature menu (rather than happy hour), but that’s just me. I initially came in skeptical, given the drinks listed are mostly old classics that seem run-of-the-mill but I was pleasantly surprised to find they were all elevated to unique and delicious heights. I had the Boulevardier to start, which is generally a basic cocktail, but theirs was incredibly balanced with less bitterness than your average Boulevardier. It had real depth (some beautiful vermouth being used) and the texture was silky smooth. The piece of house-made shortbread placed on the ice cube was a great pairing. The butteriness really complimented the darker notes of the whiskey and vermouth. We also tried their savoury martini, which was delicious and perfectly chilled. We had Sasha as our sever and about halfway through my wife finishing the martini, he appeared with a newly frosted glass to transfer the remaining drink to ensure it stayed as cold as possible. Have never had such a thoughtful gesture of service in all my time going to cocktail bars around the world. All that to say the service was incredible. My wife and I wanted to split their Gimlet, which they were out of, so Sasha said they would freestyle something and asked what our preferences are. He came back with a white negroni/corpse reviver inspired drink, which ended up being one of the best drinks of the night and could easily be a mainstay on the menu. It was also perfectly balanced and diluted. Crisp, smooth, slightly herbal and totally refreshing. The few bites of food we had were good as well. A lot of tasty looking things to munch on, which we’ll try more of on our next visit. Their burger looked quite good too. Can’t recommend it here enough and I look forward to coming back.
