This is the best spot near Jofukuji Temple Karamon. The terrific staff welcomes visitors all year round. Spectacular service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this bar. As most reviewers remark, the atmosphere is pretty. As for the Google rating, Bar Fragment achieved 4.7.

The owner is a very pleasant man and will provide for good conversation. I went here alone on a Wednesday night and there were other customers but he still provided a great time. Amazing drinks as well. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

酒田に1年住み、三回ほど利用させていただきました。バーには行ったことがなかったので、少し不安でしたが、マスターがフランクに話してくれる方だったので、とてもリラックス出来ました。お酒の種類も豊富で、とても美味しかったです。バーが初めての方でもマスターに色々教えてもらいながらお酒を飲めるのでオススメです！ Price per person: ¥5,000–6,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

自分の友人と一緒にオススメと言う事で寄りました。落ち着いた雰囲気があり、開店して3年と言う事で、新しくキレイなお店です。カクテルやブランデ―を頂きました。始めて行きましたが、いいバ―です。マスターは昔、11年前に惜しまれて閉店した、Barティア―ズ・ム―ンの常連さんでした。私も通っていて、よくお見かけしてたので、こういった形で再会できて、嬉しいです。メニューに値段が書いてないですが、1ショットだいたい1000円くらいと思います。 Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
