Different from the Japanese-style bars in Zhongshan Station or Linsen North Road, Bar Freedom, located directly next to the Regent Hotel, takes a more modern and fashionable route, and is very high-quality in terms of decoration and lighting. In addition to the bar seating area, there are high tables and chairs and private room space, and even the bathrooms are very designed. The wine list is presented by number and the ingredients are simply listed. Overall, the wine is quite satisfactory, but the sweetness is a little too high. You can remind the bartender before ordering wine. If you are very interested in the details or layering of bartending, this will not be your first choice in this area. No.1 Roku Gin, Perilla, Plum A very refreshing Gin Fizz twist. The bubbles slightly amplify the aroma of perilla, which is perfect for the opening. But it would be better if the sour and sweet balance could be better, especially if the plums are soaked for a long time and the saltiness is precipitated, which will make the taste of the whole cup overly complex.
