Had a gulaschsuppe from here last year which was lovely and a nice experience. Fast forward a year to a bad experience. I went in at just gone 1pm and could see was very busy as a cable car load of people had just entered and ordered, as I looked for a menu the lady behind the counter shouted at me would be a 20 minute wait in a stressed manner, like she didn’t want me to order. I then went to inquire with a waitress if it was table service outside, she wouldn’t meet my gaze and just waved her hand angrily at me and said that she was busy. I eventually ordered, but the food was so late (came at 1:55pm when my coach was leaving at 2, they had clearly forgotten my order when I chased it as the chef and server had a stand up argument about it I could hear), goulash - was a good variety and taste, but the meat was fatty. Overall. Nice food apart from fatty meat, but the service was dreadful, if you work in a business that has waves of people coming and going from cable car crowds it shouldn’t come as a shock that you get busy, so should be more patient and organised for this! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If I could give zero stars, the place would deserve it with flying colors. Dirty environment, bathroom hadn't been cleaned for a long time and even the waitresses smelled bad. Badly polite staff. We turned our backs and left after the waitress thought our order was too small. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
