Unsecured campsite for a 4 star, the barriers are open all the time.... It's a shame we don't feel completely safe, no one checks the bracelets... Depending on the location of your mobile home, where you are you close to the swimming pool or you have to go up and down because the campsite is not flat and is hilly, cycling is very complicated to practice in the campsite and in any case there is no space provided for bicycles next to the the swimming pool... We rented a "furnished tent, not really maintained and poorly finished...a horror! It was either 40 degrees in the tent or 15 in the morning...the fridge could no longer cool because of the location in full sun for tents.. it's a shame.. Afterwards the entertainment teams were nice this summer (August 2023) but cap fun lost entertainment in the evening... Only games with the entertainers except once a week for outdoor entertainment... With the price we pay, it's abused... but good profit, profit.... Afterwards it is well located because it is halfway to many sites to see... The restaurant is nice and the menus are good... Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 2

Extremely disappointed with this campsite, although I am used to Capfun campsites. -Mobile home in a pitiful state, dusty, mattress full of dog hair, hair and some leftover food in the fridge. A bathroom flushed with water just before handing over the keys without cleaning, just scraped quickly and poorly done. Shower curtains just disgusting with mold. A doll's dishwasher, meaning you have to do a lot of the washing up by hand. And to top it off, placed next to laundry with foul smells. - Frozen swimming pools, even the baby paddling pools. Inadmissible for a 5 campsite. Only 1 swimming pool that is approximately heated but therefore crowded with people. - Animation side: animators really not worthy of the name. Lack of enthusiasm, not very energetic and for some of them even a hello is hard to get. - The campsite is nice, but it's a shame the staff isn't up to standard. The prices are exorbitant for not much.

But as indicated on our website, our 3 outdoor swimming pools were heated from the ascension until 09/15. Our indoor swimming pool and paddling pool were heated all season. In terms of entertainment, Féline, Loriane, Johanna and Rachel have given their all throughout the season to offer you quality activities and evenings (meetings with the mascots, big family games, sports tournaments, dance initiations, water games, foam evenings , entertainer shows, dance evenings, pool party, aperitif games). Our vacationers have given us very good feedback. I regret that this program did not catch your attention. Our mobile homes are cleaned by holidaymakers before their departure. Re-cleaned by our cleaning team between two rentals. Then checked by a member of our team before your arrival. If, despite this, the mobile home did not live up to your expectations, I regret that you did not inform us of this upon your arrival. We would have asked our housekeeping team to come back.
