We were pleasantly surprised by this place! Not to be confused with the previous place El Bandolero which we initially thought as well. Service was super friendly, food was super fresh and homemade, and for a big lunch was very affordable. Would definitely recommend! The Cafe next door on the plaza had almost every table filled. We thought maybe everyone was on to something. Instead Bar LA plaza was a total find. Not the same old tapas. Totally recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
