My brother and I went to Bar Liber for Sunday brunch, not realizing this was no longer St Paul's Islington. Everything we ordered was tasty (mushrooms on toast, avo smash on seeded bread) but extremely overpriced given the size of the portions! As much as I enjoy the calm vibes and the ability to sit outside, it is not worth the final bill! The Caesar's salad in particular is a rip-off: 9.5£ for lettuce leaves, some croutons and cheese, but no protein. No complaints on the taste or the quality, but we will not be coming back, especially bearing in mind the other options in the area (you can eat twice the portions for half the price at Barn)!
