Small and charming restaurant in Faedo. I liked the environment, with rooms created in the old "faces" of a house in the historic center. We tried an "asparagus" themed menu: carne salada starter (good), asparagus risotto, asparagus plate. cold cuts and eggs, and dessert. The service was fast and kind, but I expected a little more from the food: the rice was not very tasty, while the main course had little asparagus. The desserts were the weakest thing: both the Mochena braid and the pastiera were not much appreciated. So in summary: nice place, but perhaps the full menu - at the proposed price - is not the right choice. We had dinner at the Locanda al Minatore restaurant in Faedo (TN) on the recommendation of local friends. Very refined traditional dishes with typical local products. We ate very well, the waitress was very kind and the place was clean and welcoming. The wine is also excellent. We highly recommend it!!
