Service was extremely slow, 60 minutes for lunch is unacceptable. Food was at best mediocre. Prices are way too high for what you get. No lunch menu. Won't be going back.

The floor was filthy... Very filthy, service was lackluster, pitcher for Sangria was chipped and cracked, food was mediocre at best... And I'm being nice. A waste of time and money.

I think this location may be cursed. Every restaurant in this store has failed, and Bar Louie seems on the same path.

Service from the kitchen is slow, and the servers are borderline bothered to help - every question was met with "I don't know, I have to go ask someone."
Food is freezer-to-table, and letting it sit awhile before being served doesn't help.
Atmosphere is nice but it doesn't make up for the sub-par food.

I'd describe it as an upscale dive bar minus knowledgable staff. Sure, bruschetta seems easy to make but they screwed it up by serving toasted bread with a pile of tomatoes, onions and pre-shredded asiago cheese, along with a spoon so you can assemble it yourself. The beer selection is decent but is there to sell, not to be good, and the server knew absolutely nothing about any of them. This was just poor quality food at higher prices where the presentation is better than the product and the servers don't know much about any of the products served.

We ended up leaving after one beer and went to Brixx, where the food is better and the servers make you feel welcome - and they know everything about all their products.
