Took my family of five to this wonderful establishment recently. The chef/owner is putting out dishes that are remarkable. If you go there and don't entertain at least one or several of the specials you are missing the uniqueness of his talent. So here goes. First special, Vitello Costata (Veal chop) was out of this world. It was of the Fiorentina style of grilled meats particularly with the fresh rosemary on top and grilled to perfection. Second special, the snapper Livornese was enchanting. Third special, Papardelle with a light tomato sauce infused with Gorgonzola (I had never seen that style so I can't put a regional name on it), nevertheless as marvelous as the two above. The staff is incredible; "a bunch of good people!" Thanks to all at Bar Lupa!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
