Came here from a recommendation by my cousin who had gone last year and met Shinji Kimoto-san. We were 5 in our group today and he made drinks for each of us according to our liking. Two of us were able to taste his signature cocktail, Utakata / Ephemeral. He was very engaging and you can see just how much he loves his craft. A must visit bar while in Tokyo! We loved our custom cocktails and speaking with the owner, 木本さん in his cozy bar.
