In an empty restaurant that has an emptier pantry. They made us wait an unfair amount for food which they had to send someone to buy the Ingridients and the food wasn't good. I don't know how you mess up pasta living in Italy. The pasta was so aldente I nearly chipped a tooth. I had the least tastiest carbonara I've had on my trip to Italy and my friend had a worse experience. I tried his ragu and it was just pure tomato paste and unsalted pasta water. It had no flavour and it was bitter. Everyone on the table was not happy and the people were a bit rude to us.
