The Imperial offers a selection of desserts

Not only should River Ness be visited, but also The Imperial. Nacho chips which this bar serves are tasty. Do not go away without trying nicely cooked lemon meringue, lemon pie and lemon meringue pie. It's a must when visiting The Imperial to drink delicious gin, prosecco or beer. Great coffee is served - try and enjoy.

The cozy atmosphere of this place allows guests to relax after a hard working day. This spot is recommended for the cheerful staff. The fast service is something these restaurateurs care about. You are to be pleasantly impressed with democratic prices at this bar. The nice decor is a big benefit. Google gives it 4.4 so you can choose The Imperial to have a good time here.

I was visiting Inverness for a few days and needed somewhere for a decent pint before getting the train back to London. This place was brilliant. The barman was really helpful and engaging and I had a really enjoyable couple of hours playing with locals on the pool table. Decent Sky Sports screens as well. Great place and will come back here on my next visit. Cheers Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

On first entry the guy behind the bar was a bit rude and never referred directly to me and instead asked my partner "what the lady wanted" then when my partner asked what drinks they had (We are from AUS and didn't know what was going on, first day here) and he just got the response "whatever you can see" The pizza was alright but took a while to come and the wedges where not the best. The lady behind the bar seemed nice, but it felt very much "locals only" and we didn't feel very welcome. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure

Best bar none for a good atmosphere and live sports. Most other bars that claim to have SKY sports on and dont if its a busy weekend night. Watched footy on a Saturday night no problem. Cracking music vibe to boot. Price per person: £20–30 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
