The service at Bar Panisse is so bad. Some of the staff are trying, they really are. But in general you’ll feel like you’re ruining their day by showing up. I guess they can treat paying customers however they want when there’s a line out the door. I get it. But I wish they’d change this. Because 100% of the times I’ve been, I have been treated poorly. The food is really good (gougères were stale and flat this time so I don’t recommend them). The cocktails and bartender are great! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Service was attentive and friendly. The zucchini fritti (with the yogurt sauce) and the flatbread (with the butter) were the group's favorite. The cheese dumplings were a novelty that we wanted to try. They were quite rich. The mushrooms and the broth the dumplings came in were delicious. The beans tasted best when eaten with some of the eggplant. On their own the beans felt a bit bland. The fennel shrub water was vinegary and tasty! Ube paloma was interesting, I wish it was a little less sweet. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection

Yes, yes and more yes. Food was incredible, drinks were on point, service was great, vibes were cozy and upbeat. I’ll think about those perfect beans and the freshest little gem salad for months to come ….. Cannot wait for our return to Bar Panisse! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $50–60
