I was walking down the side street and my eye quickly caught the sign for Bar Panthers with it's illustrated panther head. That evening the bar looked full so I made a note to check it out later. I ended up coming here the next evening and wow! This place is incredible! The selection of whiskey is not only well done but it's curated well. The owner, Yutaro, knows it well and recommended a few tk me. I started with a Glenmorangie and ended with a Japanese whiskey. I spent the rest of the evening chatting and sharing music with the owner. Honestly an all around fantastic experience! Also I need to note, the pasta is incredible! Yutaro makes each plate himself and right at the bar! For someone who's not a chef but rather his hobby is making pasta, it was delicious!
