As regards the observations on the organization and cheerfulness of the staff, we would like to explain/clarify that: generally we always ask if it is possible to replace a brioche if the one ordered is missing, as in the case of wholemeal brioche. We are sorry that the "WE COME" was misinterpreted by you. Unfortunately, customers often tend to order at the counter and then sit at the table, moving ahead of those who are seated and waiting to order. This significantly upsets us on an organizational level as we try to take orders at the table in the order in which customers arrive, so as to serve everyone in the correct order. Finally, we apologize if we seemed "unsociable" to you. Probably, indeed certainly, in the moments of greatest influx we try to stay concentrated in order to be able to process orders quickly.
