A beautiful bar. The owner is very knowledgeable and makes excellent cocktails. Well stocked drinks from around the world and spotlessly clean. The patrons were also very polite. A must visit if you are in Urayasu. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Such a lovely bar! The bartender is very knowledgeable and friendly. My Japanese language skills are not great, but I still felt very welcome and comfortable. The other patrons were also very kind and friendly. A good place to meet people for a chat. Alcohol selection is well curated and the cocktails are made with precision. Everything I was served here was excellent and I will definitely return. Price per person: ¥3,000–4,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is a lovely spot with an incredible charming master behind the bar. It’s very cozy, seating maybe about 15 people. The atmosphere is speakeasy-like, with soft jazz and moody lighting. Although the spirit collection may seem a little small, it’s definitely curated, and Sam can make you the most delightful drinks you can have in the neighborhood. He is 100% the star of the show, and he made me and my coworkers’ very short stay in Urayashi absolutely wonderful with his conversation and charming self. It seems like the bar gets many regulars, so if you are visiting Japan or are simply in the area and would like to share some drinks in an intimate setting and a chance to talk to some late night locals/guests, I highly recommend Bar RUBAN. This place has definitely cemented itself into my heart, and I am so grateful for Sam’s fantasic service and for making our stay in Japan so memorable. また今度ね! -バットウーマン Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
