Very good selection of local and international spirits as well as cocktails, and skilled barman, who doesn't speak any English though, in a classic western whisky bar atmosphere, smoking is strangely allowed. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Excellent wee bar with an impressive selection of whiskies. Coming from Scotland, it was strange to be back in a bar that allows smoking! The barman was a man who knows his stuff and was helpful in recommending some Japanese whiskies to us. Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000 Service: 5
