One of the worst customer service experiences we've had. We visited this café several times for breakfast, hoping our first impression was just a bad day, but unfortunately the attitude never changed. The staff is consistently rude, unprofessional, and often completely ignores customers instead of offering even basic courtesy. As a family with a small child, we repeatedly felt unwelcome and treated differently, which was extremely disappointing. There are plenty of cafés in Lavagna where customers are treated with respect. We certainly won't be coming back and cannot recommend this place. Service: 1

As I have written in my other reviews, I have been living on alternating current in Lavagna for over 25 years Here I married my wife....My children were born and lived their first years of life....... Here my mother-in-law who lived with my father-in-law in the upper Canavese moved back ... When he passed away .... I have been going to Bar Rico for over thirty years... I used to come there even before the big leap that brought me back to being a civilian.... I have seen management changes over time .... With the Managers who were there the first few times I came I had become friends ..... However, the new management is also excellent .... From cappuccino and croissants in the morning to the evening snack aperitif ... The Cappuccino that I drink strictly lukewarm at any time or season is excellent .... Right temperature ..... Excellent blend .... Whether you choose the brioche ..... Whether you choose the focaccia in the cappuccino .. ..All perfect..... Today with the puppy under the table I opted for the easiest brioche..... I recommend the aperitifs both at noon and in the evening.....Excellent....And accompanied by excellent appetizers..... Excellent sandwiches ... and snack dishes Convenient and very pleasant location with the possibility of then easily visiting the historic center of Lavagna....
