The intimate atmosphere of this bar allows visitors to relax after a hard working day. The knowledgeable staff welcomes people all year round. Many reviewers highlight that the service is cool. Affordable prices are to be expected at Rinto. But this place hasn't earned a high rating from Google users.

Came here in 2021 during the evening. It’s a nice, small but cozy bar overlooking the river. There wasn’t anyone else at the bar and we had a lovely time quietly watching people walk near the river while enjoying our whiskey drinks Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Quite possibly the best bar I've ever been to, anywhere in the world (~30 countries). The atmosphere is perfect - warm light, wooden panelling, and a view of the river through the windows behind the bar - and the highest possible standard of cocktails. Cannot recommend this spot highly enough. Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Classy, lovely, hidden underground gem perfect for a late night sip. Slow and soulful jazz music playing in the background of a low lit and ambient setting was a perfect escape from the busy street. The owner/ bartender is very experienced, chiseling your ice by hand and offering great recommendation and service really looking after you. The cover charge is mentioned as soon as you walk in so you can decide yes/ no. Worth the visit for a tasteful, relaxing experience. Ignore any bad reviews, they just have bad taste and don’t understand the vibe. Thank you Bar Rinto!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
