Having seen Centro Storico di Noto, it's time to have a rest at this cafe. Guests may eat tasty amuse bouches, arancini and ricotta at Cafe Roma. Perfectly cooked brioches, gelato and croissants have a pleasant taste. This place has delicious cordial, Spritz or wine among its drinks. Great latte, cappuccino or espresso are worth trying here.

Great location for people watching. Had everything we needed: granita, espresso, aperol spritz (we went here several times at different times of the day). Prices were better than expected for where we were. Wait staff were friendly and chill. Price per person: €1–10 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This has been the worst restaurant experience for us in Italy. I ordered a „cold homemade tea“ and what I got was a cup of water with like 6 spoons of this sweet powder tea that I last drank when I was a child. It was by far to sweet, I only drank half of it. Together with our antipasti-dish I ordered additional bread and got at least 3 days old bread that tasted disgusting. When the bill came we were surprised that they charged 20% coperto, for us this was 5€ which is way too much. And the bill was no official receipt from a machine but just some random piece of paper with handwritten items, so one can be sure that our 30€ will never see the tax-authorities. So all in all a very unpleasant experience at cafe Roma Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
