The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is its proximity to the sea — you can reach the beach in just a few minutes. Unfortunately, that’s where the good news ends. The breakfast is extremely poor: a tiny selection of food, croissants given out one by one as if they were gold bars, and the “juices” are nothing more than sugary, artificially colored drinks. The staff speak very little English, making communication frustrating. Our double room was small, with an outdated interior and visible mold on the walls. The air conditioner was ancient and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in ages. As for toiletries — we were given one small bar of soap and a single bottle of shower gel for the entire week. Towels? Two per person, changed only every three days unless you’re willing to pay extra. There’s no kettle, no glasses, and absolutely no attention to comfort. Soundproofing is non-existent — you can hear everything from the hallway and other rooms. The doors are closed with a simple lock, and there’s a gap underneath big enough to see the light through. If you’re looking for a place with charm, comfort, or even basic hospitality, look elsewhere. This hotel survives purely because of its location, not because it deserves your money. Service: 1

Sport hotel, you can see that it requires a slight facelift, but the atmosphere, amazing service and breakfasts allow you to forget about summer furniture and small rooms, the second important argument is the proximity of the beach and communication to the centre of Rimini, do not look for anything for a lot of money because here you will find it at a good price and in a great climate Service: 5

I spent 5 nights in this hotel and was very satisfied. The staff was a family with father, mother and son (the manager). The idea with the breakfast was very good to stop foodwaste. As there was no self service. At night was not noisy at all and very family friendly. Service: 5
