Highly recommend this bar! I went here twice by myself and sat at the counter. I had a great time! The owner and staff are very friendly, and can communicate well in English too! :) Next time I am in the Ueno area, I will come back for sure! ありがとうございました！ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
