This is the greatest spot near Ikebukuro West Entrance Park. This bar is recommended for the terrific staff. The enjoyable service is something these restaurateurs care about. The cool atmosphere gladdens visitors and attracts more clients. But Bar TipTop hasn't got a high rating from Google users.
