We went to this bar because it was part of a tour in the Jewish quarter. It is a very old bar with tables outside on a pedestrian street. We ordered some beers and they brought us some dishes (fries and rolls with salmon and eggplant). All that good. The bad thing is that there is a flock of embarrassed pigeons that harass all the diners and since several leave the food or do not finish it, the insolent pigeons even climb on the tables. That is uncomfortable and unhealthy because, as you should know, pigeons are dangerous because of all the bugs they have. So we were chasing away pigeons but we didn't have a pebble to throw at them. I would recommend going with a sling ;) Those at Bar Toto have to do something to eradicate the pigeons, although it won't be easy. Price per person: €1–10 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
