On Valentine's Day, I decided to go to Bar do Urso and it was one of the worst decisions I've ever made. The service was a complete disaster from the start. I ordered a cold cuts board and waited for a whole hour to receive it. When it finally arrived, the cold cuts were poorly presented and did not look fresh. The situation only got worse. I ordered the main course and, after more than an hour of waiting, the dish arrived wrong and completely cold. This is unacceptable for any restaurant, especially on such a special date. In the end, I tried to save the night by ordering an ice cream and mousse dessert. Unfortunately, the ice cream arrived completely melted and the mousse had a horrible taste, clearly from low quality products. The service was terrible from start to finish. The waiters were unprepared, and none of my orders were taken correctly. The experience was ruined by unacceptable service and extremely low quality food. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND Bar do Urso. If you value your time and money, avoid this place at all costs. It was a totally ruined night. Price per person: R$200+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
