An absurd establishment lacking any business sense that refuses to let customers sit at tables just because someone is celebrating a birthday. The owner is probably very wealthy and doesn't care about making money. I hope the business owner reads this post. I have a couple of suggestions for them; I hope they take them into account so they don't lose any more customers. 1). If all the tables have been reserved for any reason, they could place a "Reserved" sign on them. 2). Even if all tables are booked, customers shouldn't be turned away when the bar is only 20% full; for instance, for example if a reservation is for 19:30 and a customer arrives at 18:00, the staff could politely inform them that the tables are reserved for later, while also letting them know they are welcome to stay and make purchases for that hour and a half. (Between 18:00-19:30) Just because there is a ridiculous reservation, the entire area shouldn't try to shield itself from every incoming customer as if defending the castle. All of this is essential if the business aims to be profitable. Thank you.
