An absolute home away from home. The boys at Bara made me feel like part of the family instantly, and after a long journey from Colombo it was a breath of fresh air. The chef was incredible, the vibe was lit on weekends but chill during the week. Perfection. Right on the beach, stunning sunsets, incredible food...I was there a month exploring and met other travelers from around the area, and though there are lots of great places here, everyone always ended up at the sunset point at Bara Beach Home, guests and locals. Its just incomparable. Best food and bar around, and shockingly, best prices too! Def recommend

Room walls very thin and had rude neighbours who woke us up multiple times talking loudly on the phone. Experience is otherwise very good with a fantastic location and nice food offerings.
