We got inside and asked for just a simple croissant and a coffee, and they told us we could get it from the buffet, without giving any info on the price. The buffet was very poor and only eggs looked good. We got a little bit of that and at the end they asked us for 30€, 15 each. This is a joke price to have a mediocre breakfast in Rovinji, as even the best coffee and croissant in town for two will cost you not more than 5€ each. To add to that, the payment was only cash and no receipt was given. This is the classic tourist trap, I suggest you avoid this place as much as possible.
