my first breakfast afternoon lol!! a rich and delicious soy cappuccino and a fantastico cannoli woke me up and then i was able to stand in the vatican museum for more than three hours!! The old reviews must have been when this cafe was actually good. Nowadays the experience was horrible. It took ages for our breakfast to be ready and what we got was total garbage. The coffee was also very mediocre. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: €10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Barba caffè is incredible. I've lived in Rome for over a year and Barba's is the best. It's a cozy, authentic Italian caffè. It's a family run spot with amazing food. I've tried the sandwiches, daily pastas, and the steak. All of these are incredible. It's a must try for anyone stopping in the eternal city.
