We came to Barbarossa Seaside for dinner and ended up staying much longer than we planned. We had a table right by the sea and arrived just before sunset the view was absolutely beautiful. The food was fresh and really tasty, but what stood out for us was the service. Everyone was friendly and attentive without constantly interrupting us, which made the evening feel very relaxed. Watching the sunset with a drink while waiting for our food was probably our favorite part of the evening. Great atmosphere, lovely food and genuinely warm service. Definitely a place we would visit again when we’re back in Rhodes. Dimitris was very good and extremely caring. Nothing could be too much trouble. I will definitely back again in July to visit
