Four stars only because perfection doesn't exist but if you are passionate about the world of barbecue, try going here and you will find an authentic "playground" where there is everything you imagine, I made the purchase of a Kamado but I would have stayed all the day talking with the staff, available, competent and passionate, I close with a telegraphic opinion on the prices: correct. Highly recommended

So I'm writing this review really reluctantly. I have been a customer of Paradise in Milan for almost two years. I have taken and still take courses, purchased accessories and fuel. I will continue to do so because they are the best. I thought about it a lot before leaving this comment but unfortunately I think the management of my online order is terrible. In November 2023 I purchased a Witt Etna rotary oven from the site. As soon as I opened it I immediately noticed the presence of a very obvious dent on the top. Contact support immediately to ask for the possibility of replacing the item. Nothing to do: but they can send me the spare part. I accept, albeit reluctantly (the idea of dismantling a piece of a €700 oven doesn't drive me crazy, but anyway...). In December there is no trace of the replacement. I contact them and they tell me that the manufacturing company will now ship in January, once the holidays are over. However, we arrive at the beginning of March. To my reminder on March 2nd, they responded to me on March 13th saying that the spare part had been entrusted to the courier. Well today March 14th, 4 months after purchase, the piece finally arrives... too bad it's wrong! I am very disappointed with the support I received. Now I just hope I don't have to wait another 4 months to get the correct replacement. In all of this, from December to the beginning of March, no one made themselves heard. Probably if I hadn't asked, my case would have ended up forgotten. I'm sorry guys, but this is not the service I expect from a company like yours. And I really say this with affection because when I come to the shop in Cinisello, the service is always at the top.
