Five stars! Hanoi Umami was fantastic from start to finish — the food was full of bold, authentic flavor and beautifully presented. Christian and Henry took great care of us all night, quick with recommendations, attentive without hovering, and just genuinely warm and friendly. Made the whole meal feel special.
