Visitors state that it's fine to go here for the Australian meal. That's a good idea to order nicely cooked medium steaks, calamari and pizza. If you're the good beer fan, you may like this restaurant.
The great location of Bargara Lakes Tavern makes it easy to reach even in rush hours. The bar staff is said to be accommodating here. Terrific decor lets the visitors relax. This place scored 4.2 in the Google rating system.

As a group of 9 people there was plenty of room at the booked table, however ordering through the app (which I have never liked), was the undoing of a good night, we started a group order in which we could pay separately but have food come out all together, this didn't happen, one meal came out, 10min later 3 more (all 4 were chicken parmigiana), then 2 more were delivered 5min after and the final 3 where 3min after, meanwhile my entree came after my meal, and it was cold, spoke to the first waitress about it and she said she'd get the manager, i ate the mains while waiting, eventually went in to see what was going on, had to explain it to the manager myself again and was assured a refund for the entree, he took the details walked out the back and i never seen him again, so i left disappointed. Maybe if it wasn't so busy and maybe if our group wasn't so big, it may have been a great evening as the food was delicious Price per person: $40–60 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

If we had the opportunity we would have rated no stars for our lunch experience today. We used the Chewzie table scan ordering service to order our meals. Our booking consisted of 6 people and to our disbelief everything we chose off the menu came up as SOLD OUT! It took about 3 choices each to find something on the menu that was actually available. We considered this was just ridiculous given it was a Saturday which should be considered one of the main days for guests eating out. Nevertheless, we continued to place an order from the table Chewzie service rather than leaving and eating elsewhere. When approaching the bar to order drinks, we mentioned to a staff member about the disappointment and surprise in regards to the unavailability of so many items on the menu. The staff member was aware of an issue on Thursday night but wasn't aware that it hadn't been rectified and said he would investigate. When he came to our table to collect glasses, he wasn't forthcoming with any update so we questioned him again about what was the problem with the food availability. He replied that supplies had come in but the system hadn't been updated. We mentioned to him that what had happened was not exactly acceptable and believed some sort of compensation should be considered, perhaps a round of drinks. He responded that he would look into it. He never gave us the respect of returning at all and noticed him departing the premises 30 minutes later. The food we did receive was reasonably good however the lack of follow-up was very poorly handled. We do hope that Bargara Lakes Tavern does take what occurred today seriously so that other customers do not experience the same disappointment.
