The price is simply not worth the overall experience, especially considering there are much better options in the neighborhood. The staff were quite disorganized and did not seem capable of managing the seating properly. It honestly felt like the indoor seating was intentionally slowed down to create a queue outside, which made the whole experience frustrating and chaotic. On top of that, the attitude toward customers was disappointing. They seemed careless about feedback, recommendations, or customer comments in general. As for the pizza itself, it was not particularly impressive. I would personally recommend Zucca or Napoli Gourmet instead, as they offer better pizza, more professional and respectful service, and a far more enjoyable restaurant atmosphere overall.
