We have ate her a couple of times before with no issues. This time the service and food were both excellent, but when the bill arrived the games began. First of all there was an extra 10% charge added to it. They said that it was a tax, but Mexico doesn’t have a sales tax or any type of tax that is added to the bill. Next, they ran my credit card and used a very generous (for them) conversion rate from Dollars (on the menu) to pesos. That ended up adding 20% to the bill! I protested it and they agreed to cancel the charge if I would pay in cash. Luckily we had enough to cover the bill. No telling how many people don’t know to check the final total which they write in pesos and end up way overpaying. If you go, don’t pay with a credit card and if they put the 10% on the bill know that is not a tax. Consider it part of the tip.
